Dawn's love for spacial planning, innovative design, and construction found its purpose with the creation of DHomes. Her experience building and remodeling custom homes spans over 20 years. In 2013, after returning to Texas from Atlanta, Dawn made Fort Worth her home, where she has completed projects in Tanglewood, West Cliff/TCU, Ridgemar, Ridglea, Ryan Place, Arlington Heights and Westworth Village.

Dawn personally designs, and is the general contractor on all DHomes projects. She restores the character and charm to great neighborhoods by creating homes with sophistication, style and high functionality. The final product is often a vast depature from the original home, while still maintaining its integrity in relation to the neighborhood.
